Kute Kidlets understands how frustrating it can be waiting for things to arrive in the mail which is why all our goods are sent via Express Post.

All orders placed before 4pm will be immediately dispatched and should be delivered next business day, provided your address is within the Express Post next day delivery network (please refer to www.auspost.com.au for further information)

Out of Stock Items

When unforeseen circumstances occur & a requested item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as it comes to our attention to suggest an alternative item or arrange a refund.

Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Kute Kidlets strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchased items received, they can be returned for an exchange or credit note only.

Kute Kidlets must be notified within 7 days to arrange an exchange or credit note.

  Exchanges: Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent,in original packaging, labels intact and unworn.Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. If a self-addressed prepaid satchel is not included additional delivery charges will apply.

Returns: Return the items to be refunded. You will be issued with a credit note once goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn.
